ABHYANGAM
Full body oil massage

A rejuvenating massage with select herbal oil involving various stroking and positions is a unique therapy in Ayurveda which can be done daily. It is nourishing; pacifies the doshas; relieves fatigue; provides stamina, perfect sleep and revitalizes the mind and body.
PODIKIZHI
Full body poultice massage

A relaxing sudation therapy that is done by massaging the body with the muslin cloth pouches (potli) filled with powders of various rejuvenating herbs. It alleviates pains, reduces swelling and stiffness in joints; detoxifies skin; strengthens muscles and relieves stress.
UDHWARTHANAM
Full body powder massage

An exfoliating powder massage therapy done using the various unique herbs, by rubbing the powder in upward direction against the natural flow of the hairs. It’s the best therapy to manage weight, improve circulation and detoxify. Very beneficial in rheumatoid arthritis, cellulitis, and high cholesterol levels.
SHIRODHARA
Forehead oil streaming

A calming oil streaming therapy, Shirodhara is a unique form of ancient therapy where by pouring oil on the forehead continuously and rhythmically allowing the oil to run through the scalp and into the hair. This involves a quick face and head massage. This unique therapy is very beneficial in insomnia, headaches and migraines, anxiety, depression, and stress.

Indian head massage

A gentle, rhythmic massage of the head, shoulders, neck, and face, using authentic ayurvedic herbal oils. The massage soothes and nourishes the scalp and nourishes and reduces the heat from the head. This massage induces a state of calm, peace and tranquility and promotes high levels of alertness and concentration.
PADABHYANGAM
Indian foot massage

A soothing, revitalizing, calming massage of the feet starting from the knees using unique pressure and technique to release negative energies from the body. Foot being the house of nerve endings, massaging them will ensure overall health of the body like detoxification, balancing emotions, and improve blood and lymph circulation.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. In this therapy, a variety of manipulations like effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, vibration or shaking and joint movements are used to help eliminate toxic accumulation in the body.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

In this therapy, deep muscle work is combined with stretching, rocking and circulation-enhancing strokes. This therapy targets the deep layers of connective tissue and muscle throughout the body, using slow strokes to apply pressure, increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation that often leads to pain and tension.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
50 Minutes
Smooth hot stones are gently heated and then placed along the guest’s spinal cord from the neck to the tailbone, giving soothing heat and comfort to relieve pain. Massage techniques like kneading, stroking and vibration are performed to massage the body.
VIBRO MASSAGE
30 Minutes
Herbal powder is applied as a medium (instead of oil) and massage movements are performed by a machine through various applicators. Guests can experience immense vibration with this massage.
AROMA MASSAGE
50 Minutes
Aroma massage uses similar techniques used in our Swedish massage therapy, using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils.
SALT GLOW THERAPY
30 Minutes
Body treatment that exfoliate the skin, removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells and leaving your skin softer and smoother. In this therapy, wet sea salt is applied to the body with friction, which widens the blood vessels, making the skin glow.
ACUPUNCTURE
50 Minutes
It is the art of stimulating specific points on the body and opening blockages that could be leading to pain, low energy, bloating, and reduced function of organs.
HYDRO/MUD THERAPIES
DEAD SEA MUD APPLICATION
45 Minutes
Application of mud on the whole body. After the mud has dried completely, you will rinse off in our individual showers. Shea butter is then provided to finalize the hydration process to your skin.
UNDERWATER MASSAGE
30 Minutes
In this therapy, the guest is immersed in a tub filled with neutral or cold water from the neck down. The guest uses a pressurized hose over the entire body. This massage is beneficial for guest suffering from spondylitis, sciatica, arthritis, and scoliosis.
AROMA THERAPY WHIRLPOOL BATH
10 Minutes
During this therapy, the guest is submerged in a bath with jets that hit pressure points to help aid in pain management, weight management, arthritis, and relieving stress. Choice of essential oil for aromatic benefits included.
IMMERSION BATH
30 Minutes
In this therapy, the guest is immersed in a bath of warm or natural water with Epsom salt. This therapy is beneficial in rejuvenating the whole body, reducing pain, sleeplessness, fatigue, and asthma.
HOT FOOT AND ARM BATH
10 Minutes
In this therapy, the guest’s arms and feet are immersed in a specially designed tub filled with hot water. The therapy provides relief for those suffering from fatigue, migraine headaches, asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, and rhinitis.
JET SHOWER
UP TO 15 Minutes
This therapy uses different jet showers directed to the guest by a Hydro therapist to massage the whole body. It stimulates the lower limbs and back muscles and results in improved circulation and overall enhanced energy and vitality.
HIP BATH
10 Minutes
During a hip bath, the guest sits in a tub keeping the pelvic area and abdomen submerged. A hip bath helps to balance hormones, increase circulation to the pelvic organs, improve vigor, and aid the elimination processes.
CIRCULAR JET SHOWER
UP TO 20 Minutes
In this full-body therapy, multiple water jets from above and all sides are directed to the guest to improve blood circulation intensely. This therapy can provide relief for tired muscles, hypertension, fatigue, and pain management.
THERAPEUTIC EYE AND ABDOMEN PACK
UP TO 30 Minutes
Moist slab of dead sea mud is wrapped in a muslin cloth. You will be placed in a private room in our Mud Therapy area to help you meditate and relax. It will be placed over your eyes and your abdomen to stimulate these areas and is best done before eating and before beginning other therapies in the morning.

GROUP MEDITATION

Seated guided meditation to help de-stress and clear the chitter chatter of the mind.
GROUP YOGA

Consists of guided breath awareness, surya namaskar (sun salutations), seated and standing asanas (postures), and Savasana. Group Yoga is an overarching umbrella of yoga that encompasses most traditional styles of yoga including Vinyasa. It typically involves a set of physical poses or (asanas) and breathing techniques. Group Yoga is also about balancing the mind and body.
GROUP YOGA NIDRA (YOGIC SLEEP)

An ancient practice known as yogic sleep which is a state of consciousness between meditation and wakeful sleep. It is a form of mind-body therapy which is an systematic form of teacher-guided meditation, done while lying down. It is intended to induce total, physical, mental and emotional relaxation and there is no movement involved.
PRIVATE HEALTH COUNSELING SESSIONS

AYURVEDA CONSULTATION
45 Minutes
In this session, the Counselor briefs the guest about the basics of Ayurveda and its principles. The concept of Dosha and the influence of Dosha in the body as constitution/body type are explained in-depth. Counselors will read the Dosha of the guest through pulse assessment and explain their body type, their physical and mental qualities. Guests are suggested diet based on Dosha dominance and are recommended ayurvedic therapies that suit their current physical condition and Dosha type. Lastly, guests are also advised yoga and herbal supplements to counter their health concerns, if any.
NATUROPATHY CONSULTATION
45 Minutes
During a Naturopathy consultation, the Counselor will be highly focused on nutrition recommendations. They will explain the basic principles of Naturopathy and listen to the guests' health concerns and modify their diet accordingly. The Counselor can also recommend which Hydrotherapies, Mud therapies, and Massage Therapies are needed for current health conditions. If needed, Reiki, Acupuncture or yoga sessions or herbal supplements are recommended.
