Arrive in the Meditation Room as we kick off the weekend:
6:30 am - 7:00 am - Candlelight Morning Meditation - Svadhyaya - Time for Self-Study
8:00 am - 9:00 am - Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Tapas for Detox - Self-Discipline
11:00 am - 11:30 am - Sound Healing Meditation - Santosha Contentment for Body Mind and Spirit
12:00 noon - 2:00 pm - Showcase Kitchen Demonstration/Lunch
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm - Yoga Nidra - Ishvarapranidhana - Surrender Devotion and Gratitude
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Evening Saucha Meditation - Purity & Grace
Sunday, November 28:
